Overview
A clinic management platform for aesthetic and plastic surgery clinics.
Auralis brings patient management, appointments, consultation transcripts, SOAP notes, treatment and care plans, follow-up communication, before and after galleries and AI-assisted documentation into one connected workspace.

The challenge
A single patient visit produces a transcript, findings, a treatment plan, clinical notes and follow-up messages. In many clinics, these live in different tools.
The challenge was to make complex clinic operations easy to understand and manage in one place, while keeping the experience trustworthy and professional enough for daily clinical use.

What I owned
I translated complex clinical processes into a clear, scalable product. I shaped the user flows, information architecture, interface system and interaction patterns across the platform, created interactive prototypes and prepared the designs for development.
How I approached it
I made the patient record the centre of the product. From one profile, staff can see appointments, the visit summary and the photo gallery, and open any visit in context.
Lists, filters and statuses follow the same patterns everywhere, so moving from the schedule to a patient and into a visit feels like one continuous flow.

Key decisions
One visit, one structured record
Each visit keeps the transcript, clarifying questions, consultation summary, treatment and care plan, SOAP notes and follow-up email in tabs of the same view, so nothing is lost between steps.
AI that drafts, people who decide
AI prepares summaries and notes from the consultation, and an editing panel lets the clinician refine them with plain-language instructions before anything is saved or sent.

Outcome
- 01Patient management, appointments and photo galleries.
- 02A structured visit record from transcript to follow-up.
- 03AI-assisted documentation with clinician review.
- 04A consistent interface system and interactive prototypes for development.
