Overview
Healthcare software for managing patients, consultations, and treatment planning across web and mobile.
Aesthetics360 brings patient management, scheduling, consultations, clinical documentation, and treatment planning into one platform for aesthetic clinics.

The challenge
Scheduling an appointment, reviewing a consultation, and preparing a treatment plan are connected parts of a patient’s care.
The design challenge was to give each task a clear place while keeping the surrounding patient information accessible. My work focused on how clinic staff move between these activities and what information they need at each stage.

What I owned
My work covered the product experience across the clinic’s web platform and iOS app, alongside its marketing website. I designed user flows, interfaces, interactive prototypes, and reusable components, working with the product and engineering teams through developer handoff.
How I approached it
I designed patient management views that bring together profiles, consultation history, and clinical information.
The aim was to make an individual visit understandable within the broader patient record. Navigation and information hierarchy were important parts of this work: users needed clear distinctions between the patient’s history, the current consultation, and the actions available.

Key decisions
From consultation to treatment planning
Consultation workflows included clinical documentation, findings, and treatment plans. I worked on the structure of these views, their interaction states, and the transitions between them. The interface needed to accommodate detailed clinical content while keeping review and follow-up actions easy to locate.
A shared foundation across web and mobile
The product extended across desktop and iOS, requiring layouts suited to different screen sizes and contexts. I developed reusable components and shared visual foundations, then adapted navigation and information density for each platform.

Outcome
- 01Patient management, scheduling, and consultation flows.
- 02Interfaces for documentation, treatment planning, forms, and follow-up care.
- 03Web and mobile designs with interactive prototypes.
- 04A reusable design system and structured Figma handoff.
