Overview

Nora is an AI SaaS productivity platform designed to help teams plan, organize, and understand their work across web and mobile.

The product brings project boards, task management, focus sessions, time tracking, work logs, weekly planning, and AI recommendations into one connected experience.

The challenge

The main objective was to make a data heavy productivity platform feel clear, premium, and easy to use without overwhelming users.

The experience needed to help teams move naturally between reviewing their work, planning upcoming tasks, focusing on important activities, and understanding their productivity over time.

What I owned

I worked as the Senior Product Designer on Nora. My role was to shape the product experience across web and mobile, from the overall structure and core user flows to the visual identity and interface system.

How I approached it

I designed the productivity overview, focus timer, recent work log, project board, task detail panel, weekly planner, mobile screens, and AI assisted planning experiences.

The goal was to turn complex work data into useful actions while keeping the product calm, structured, and consistent across web and mobile.

Outcome

The final design created a cohesive productivity experience that connects project management, time tracking, planning, and work analytics in one system.

The interface gives users a clear overview of their work while making it easy to move from planning to focused execution. AI recommendations were integrated as practical guidance, helping users make better decisions without adding unnecessary complexity.
