Overview

An enterprise interface for reviewing documents, working with structured data, and keeping users in control of AI-assisted processing.

Nexora is an AI-powered document automation platform for teams working with operational documents and business data.

The challenge

Automation produces information that people still need to understand and evaluate.

The design challenge was to make the relationship between documents, generated answers, and structured results clear. Users needed to review the output and understand its context before moving work forward.

What I owned

My role was to translate complex document processes into user flows and interface patterns. The work covered AI-assisted document handling, workflow management, and the presentation of structured information.

How I approached it

The product included tables, charts, and other views of business data.

I worked on how these formats fit into the document workflow, giving different types of information an appropriate presentation. The goal was to support both a quick overview and closer inspection of individual details.

Key decisions

Connecting answers to their sources

I designed document interactions and source-linked answers to support the review of generated information. Source references provide a route back to the material behind an answer. This made traceability an explicit part of the interface and its information structure.

Supporting different roles

My work also included permission-based views and workflow interactions. These designs addressed what different users could access and how available information and actions were presented within the product.
